Rental - no Payments

I sold my Midrand property through Douglas Key Properties in May 2013. The rental was paid to Douglas Keys Properties for May 2013, but not paid over to me. It has been 4 months of numerous telephone calls, but still the rental amount has not been fully paid to me. Only 50 % has been paid. The office numbers are mostly not working and the cell numbers are not answered.
