We handed the management of our rental to Lencar Exclusive Properties in January. From day one we have had nothing but hassle. Firstly you need to call every month looking for your rental. Our account from day one has been wrong, and when you try call and rectify it, the response you get is she will try reconcile the account but cant promise anything. Your emails are never responded to, your calls are never returned. No one has a clue of what's going on and its always a case of he said she said. The amount deducted from my rental income and the money they collect from my tenant for their electricity usage has not been paid to me or my body corporate, why are they sitting with money that is not due to them?
