Unprofessional, Unethical and Supplie

My dealings with DK Properties date back to November 2012 when they approached me to help lease my property. Their two consultants (Kgaugelo Nkwana and David) have been extremely unprofessional and unreliable in their dealings with me.

Issues range from incorrect briefings to tenants, failure to provide snag-lists and signed lease agreements 5 months after occupation. Rent has been paid late into my account for the past 3 months. On the 8th of April I have yet to receive this month's rent.

I have had no joy in my attempts to call David and Kgaugelo. The person who answered on the landline provided on their website dropped the phone on me when I informed him of my grievance. I am beginning to suspect that this is a bogus operation posing as property agents and will be opening a case with SAPS.
