Bad Service

Hi,

I am renting a unit through Just Letting, I have a query which has been pending since November 2012 with Charmaine. Every time I contact her she give empty promises. The reason why I am sending this complaint is that my last email dated 30 September 2013 sent to her she never acknowledged but she did read and never bothered to respond to me until today 03 October 2013 . She has all the details with her with regards to my query.
