ALMOST BRAND NEW

After a matter that went on from Feb 2013 it eventually got to the CEO's office. My faulty handsets were taken in by Lindi Dhlamini and she advised that I would be replaced with ALMOST BRAND NEW handsets. On a recorded line which I was able to listen to I had asked Lindi "What do you mean by almost brand new? Have the phones been used by someone before? " Lindi responded " NO NO NO. The reason I say brand new is because the phones do not come sealed in a a box! " When i did receive replacement phones I saw that both handsets had refurbished stickers in them. I contacted the CEO's office and spoke to Riael and he advised that Lindi told me that the phones would be almost brand new. Thereafter I got into contact with Sasobeth Maharaj who promised to listen to the recording and make a decision based on Lindis elaboration of almost brand new. I had to contact Sasobeth a wekk later to find out the outcome. Sasobeth says that Lindi says almost brand new but omits to mention the party whee Lindi clearly gave me an elaboration of almost brand new. All I asked is that Vodcaom honour the agreement made by Lindi telephonically as the refurbished phones that where give to me no longer work.
