Mismanagement of landlords rental funds

We own properties that we collect rental from and moved overseas in 2012. We signed over mandates to Natalie Rodriguez trading as Proprent (or Proprent SA) in the Berea/Durban region. The service we have received is absolutely atrocious and the don't care attitude from the principal is appalling. To list a few issues:
1. Inability to return emails, calls or messages
2. Not paying over landlords rental income.
3. Eventually some funds are paid over but over 3-4 months late. Even though tenants are paying on time on the 1st of the month
4. Inability to manage electricity recoveries
5. Landlords funds are treated as a personal credit facility and payments only made if you are lucky!

The list of issues continues and unfortunately there is not enough space to list everything. However i have lodged complaint with Estate Agencies Affairs Board and have proceeded with civil action. Link to EAAB complaint:

PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT GET TRAPPED BY THIS ARTIST.
When i first signed up, I checked HelloPeter - unfortunately the complaints were listed under Proprentors and therefore i missed the negative reviews
