And the plot thickens

So I posted about this company that rented my flat out to a Mr Minnie and they did not do any credit checks on the client before they approved him, no reference checks of previous landlords, got any bank statements, or any proof of any income. All they did is made him sign a document of what his income is. Now they sent me a lawyers letter asking me to remove my comments. Please be careful when trusting estate agents and ask to see the checks before signing a lease, I reported them to the EAAB and the housing tribunal as well.
After 7 Months of no rental income and R27000 in lawyers fees I got rid of the tenant.
