All I need is my money back, I was not serviced

We were looking for a house to rent in OLX and we contacted a lady by the name of Puleng Mokwena, she told us that we need to register with their company for an amount of r375 they will then hook us up with the landlord of the particular house that we are interested in, she then sent me an email with their companies details as well as the bank details there was no landline number though... I paid the registration fee on the 08/05/2013 then faxed her a pop. I made it very clear to her that we needed the house urgently, after i paid the money she sent me some ladies cell no i called her and she promised to get back to me but she did not, their contract states that reg fee in not refundable provided that they sent you the list of the preferred places twice weekly but puleng did not do that I was the one who was running after her instead, I called and email her atleast every two days we even ended up having a serious argument, the other day she told me that her manager told her that she will deduct my money from her salary because i wanted my money back. The last time we spoke she said she will send me the manage's details but she did not, all I need is my money back...
