Over charging and don't want 2 pay back your money

I rented a house from Re/max, the house pool was not cleaned as promised pria to me moving in. I made my snag list & sent it to the agent I was dealing with on the 1st day & there was no reply so on the 5th day I called their offices and I was told she was not well so I asked for another email address & I resent it to them, after a week I was told she left the company &they don't have any snag list from me on record and it's past 7 days. They told me to clean the house pool &send them the cost involved so i did it my self & the water & lights bill came back hi (R3000) because of the pool which they forced me to pay because they told me their system would give me bad paying record on my credit score & they will sort me out later. This went on and on charging me hi amounts for W & L bill for Two people staying in the house & i asked them a couple of times for the copy of the invoices from the municipality which were never sent. I finished my lease with them & sent them an email on time to let them know i was not renewing& now I'm fighting for my deposit back since I moved out 29/11/13 and I'm getting stories and charges all over the place by Magda and Simone
