Disgusting service and shaddy business dealings

I have never got such disgusting services ever. Justin Steven is a shady man that is not straight forward and honest.
We (my Husband and I) had found an advert for one of the apartments that was up for rent.
We came into contact with Justin Steven, he had told him we like the place and we will take it. Later he then told us he has a better place. So we were like ok not a problem we will go see, we viewed it and we loved it. We then paid the outstanding balance of R 14 700.00 (2 deposits).
He later then told us the landlord had found someone themselves, so now we had paid our rent for 2 weeks and it was a week to month end. He then took us to another place and we agreed we will take because we were pressed because it was month end.
We had asked for the key for the place on the 26th so we can clean the place because it was empty, he then told us we were owning R 900.00, he can not give us the key if the R 900.00 is not paid.
To avoid everything we made a transfer we made an eft payment of this R 900.00 on the 30 may 2013, now we needed to move in. we were sent to pillar to post about the key.
We eventually got the key from some people who cleaned the house when we were moved in
