No Proffesionalism At ALL!!!

We purchased a property through DPG, in early December of 2012, we negotiated a price and upon all agreements finalized we signed the paperwork, because of festive seen I suspect no dates appeared on the contract, but we were assured that the deal will take 6 weeks in the new year... after we discovered that the roof and wooden floors was in total damage and needed complete repairs did our problems rise to the surface. since then we have been calling every 3 weeks to be told about delays here and there. such as estate bein under absa trust, all monies have been payed in December, after constant calling we where assured its almost ready. they requested we pay the transfer duties and 2 weeks from thewn all will be ready... that was in may 2013. every week is a different delay and we don't know what else to do, everything is payed in full but no repairs have been done and no date is in sight as to when we can have our house... its now mid july and we are being told that they still await a masters stamp and an entomologist report, which should have been available to them months ago. they are stalling us for 7 months and give us the same excuses. we cant really afford a legal battle.
