YOU ARE FIRST ON OUR LIST... AM I REALLY?

Looking for a house to rent/buy, especially in Pretoria, is a complete nightmare!
After finding the place I would like to call home, I asked the Estate Agent to orginize a time and date for us to go view the property, as I can not buy/rent a house I have never seen before.
After about 3 weeks of constantely calling and sms'ing the agent, who promised me that we will view the house, and that I am first on the list... nothing happened! Just an sms telling me that the property will no longer be to let.
The WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!
THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK!!!
