Complex in Darkness for over 2 months

The corridor/passage lights do not work in the entire complex, as a result the place is in complete darkness in the early hours of the morning and at night. I have informed the portfolio manager about this in April and was told that there is a contractor that will come out to sort it out. I have followed up on this every 2 weeks but nothing is being done. Each time i am told that it will be sorted out asap. What is quite disturbing is that other tenants tell me that this same problem happened last year and they were told that it is load shedding when they called Trafalgar. This is utter rubbish. This darkness is creating an environment of dangerous conditions as one cannot see anything when it is dark. A person has to "feel" around in order to get the door open or carry a torch just to get in and out of the flat. The people I speak to at Trafalgar have been very nice to me but that does not help me very much as the problem is still not being sorted out. Why is it taking so long and how can this not be a priority? It surely does not take over 2 months to fix corridor lights!!!
