Stay away from any complex managed by Trafalga

After numerous complaints about a problem I was experiencing in my complex - nothing.

Each time i would contact the person responsible (Shereen) for our complex (Villaroy Court Midrand) there were numerous promises for service over the phone however nothing ever happened, and my emails were never replied to.

I then contacted the manager responsible for that particular branch of Trafalgar and also received no returned call and no responses.

These people are useless, please save yourself the time and energy and do not move into a complex managed by them. These people should not be in business, i have never dealt with a more unprofessional company.
