I have been made a trustee of my complex since Jan 2013. And I can't start to explain the level of dissatisfaction we are experiencing with Compeg's incompetence. Our contact person is Johan Scheepers and he is the slowest managing agent i have ever ever seen. I have been brought in on emails of requests for him to advise on broken items and to this day i am yet to see him come back to us. Myself and other trustees are left frustrated because we never leave Compeg unpaid as far as i know. But the question is, what are we paying the monthly commision to Compef for? I have always thought it's me and i may be too expectant, but six months is a very long time to have emails and issues not sorted and worse not responded to? I know he reads my emails, i am just not sure why we are not being attended to. And this could be that we are asking for more than we are paying for? i have asked for the contract to see if this is the case. i still haven't received in over a week.
I am not sure what the real reason is, however i believe we deserve to know so that we decide if we want to have this level of service or we rather get a better service elsewhere.
