Firstly, over 3 years ago, before we moved into the unit, there was mold and rot in one of the bathroom cielings, Louise Spies Tel: 083 494 6001 assured us that the cieling would be repaired. It was not replaced till 3 yeards later and the leak in the roof is still there. As a result of the mould my 4 year old daughter has chest complications. The core of my complaint is not once but twice, she had neglected to pay the council for our electricity. It had been switched off for over 3 days, even after trying to resolve this issue with Louise Spies Tel: 083 494 6001. All of our refridgerated food and meat had gone rotten, leaving us thousands of rands worth of food gone to waste and a very bad smell in our unit. Me and my family were forced to find temporary accomodation for the basic needs like a hot bath. I have caught her out lying time and time again and finally she admitted that is was a "mistake"... I have taken my case to the Estate Agency Affairs Board and am in the process of taking her to court for compensation and to take responsiblity for the trauma she has caused us. I am not going to stop until justice is served. these people think they can get away with murder.
