Agency not proffessional and misguide customers

I went to look for a place in Eco Park estate, they had 1 unit that meets my specs and budget
1 unit i was interested in and they gave me the Tenant number which was unreachable.
later, i went to agency and told them that i cant view the unit because the tenant phone is off, they told me they can do nothing. and already 3 persons applied for the unit and paid the admin fees (800 Rand each) I was like what?? they applied without viewing? said: yes they did
one day later i went to check if thy have units to rent, the receptionist said yes, a unit is available this morning and it wasn't even listed yet and no one applied
i said ok, i'll take. i applied and paid 800 rands fees, and also took the tenant number.
managed to see the place only 2 days later, i was the only one to do that according to tenant
i checked with agency again and they said they are waiting for approval from Marianna (the manager)
one day later, in the morning, they confirmed i'm approved can pay deposit via EFT
after i did and sent them PoP.. they told me sorry, unit is already taken :)
they came back with alternatives not even close to my specs
same was done with a friend 2 years ago
they put ppl under pressure
