Bad Service and Attitude

Im planning on buying a house and had to go for viewing on 01/06/2013.Jacqualine informed me she wil let me know on 01/06/2013 early morning where we will meet. I cancelled a imporant family function i had to attend due to the owners availabilty times and then made transport arrangements. At 01:00pm i did not hear anything from Jacqualine and therefore decided to contact her to ask where we will meet. She informed me the owners cancelled. I ws upset and told her its very unprofessional as she didn evens contact me first to let me know. I told her i am not interested in buying the house anymore due to this. She then told me its fine as i am not the only person interested in the house. Instead of apologising on behalf of the owners she rather gives me a response like that. I told her im not hapy. She said i can go lay a complaint and do what makes me happy. How can u speak to a client like that? My friend bought a house through Solid Rock Realtors and never experienced such bad treatment. Im still interested in buying a house and hope i never have to go through such a bad experience again. I hope Jacqualine gets dealt with accordingly as i dont want another client being treated in the same manne
