Just Letting
UNREPAIRED PREMISES FOR OVER 3 MONTHS

I took occupation of a Just Letting unit in Mount Edgecombe last year.
Upon initial occupation I was asked to provide a list of repairs which need to be made and areas of concern.
To this date the only repairs that have been made are those which become urgent and would be considered a blatant disregard of contract and legal obligations as a lessor. Any repair or area of maintenance that is not an immediate issue has been left unattended. The unit was promised to be fully repaired prior to the end of the year, but there has still been no action from the body corporate, nor the letting agency.
Areas that Just Letting feels are not of urgent importance include, mold and spores growing on bedroom walls, hanging light fittings with exposed wires, damaged main roller door, rotting window frames, unsecured windows, and more. I would like to advise anyone reading this to avoid all Just Letting listings.
