Totally Bogus Agency

We moved in on November 2012 to a supposed advertised security complex, we had endless problems, first the lights wouldn't work properly they kept fixing it, then it was an issue with the grass, they supplied weeds and expected us to maintain it, I tried... the lack of communication, they only seem to contact you the end of each month, the electricity meter read zero but electricity was on, surely this is a criminal acivity! when we mail about things concerning we get no response, we have decided to move out due to incompetence and poor customer services, we then sent a mail regarding vacating the property and we were then sent a threatening sms from PTN to put us on the credit bearau for non payment, which was said to be paid 7th of each month and it was only the 3rd, we paid never the less, now I just have one concern, will I get my deposit back? as I see so much bad feedback from clients as far as deposit is concerned..i don't think this agency should be operating if this is the kind of treatment clients get... I will make it my duty to ensure that this happens, its unacceptable they need to be brought to justice... thanks
