NO DEPOSIT AFTER A MONTH

Still no deposit received after nearly a month. Email was sent saying my money would be paid in between the 20 - 25 but still nothing. Everytime I call they tell me they have not received the maintenance report as yet. She promises to call but never does. Service has been pathetic from the word go.

I will now be seeking legal action just to get my deposit back!!! All I'm getting from this people is lip service. I would advice anyone to think twice before renting from this people

Is this a??? - being promised my money and never seeing it - MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM CONCERNED EITHER!!!
