Wont pay back our deposit

We dealt with a realty company Swank real estate when moving out to our first home, appart from a relationship that was taxing to say the least they simply will not pay out our deposit.

From the min communication we recieve it appears that the property owner has some sort of issue with the municipality, this has resulted in Swank with holding our deposit for seveveral months over and aboved the leese agreement which states they can with hold our deposit for a 3 month period should any issues arise.

There is a lack of regard in every mail replied to with this regard and there is simply nothing being done. I am ultra frustrated and very unhappy in this 2 man operation and urge people to avoid these clowns.
