Deposit not refunded

My lease agreement with Perisam Realtors expired in February 2013, but my deposit has not been refunded yet. I was informed that all Perisam Realtors rental contracts has been bought by Property Den. I tried to get my deposit back from Property Den, but they tell me that they don't have it, I should contact Bennie Kritzinger. I have received zero assistance from Property Den and they have been very rude. I tried all the numbers and e-mail addresses they gave me for Bennie, numerous times, but is unable to get hold of Bennie, none of the contact details work. I will not let this go until I have my deposit refunded.
