Full refund not received

Richmark real Estate also trades under the name Fresh Realty. We paid a deposit for a rental house, only to discover the next day the house has been sold. We immediately contacted Fresh Realty to get a refund. After 2 days of struggles we received 90% of the deposit back. A month later we are still struggling to get the other 10% back. After varies calls, text messages, visit to their office, still no luck. Mark keeps making promises but does not come up with our money.
