Greedy Anne Porter rental agents!

We are EXTREMELY unhappy with the unfair treatment we have received from Anne Porter!

We moved out on the 1st of this month (by prior arrangement, and also due to the fact that no one was moving in!),
and there was some touch-up's which had to be done to the walls.

Now the handyman (contractor, and not even employed by Anne Porter) has taken R1, 800 for this little bit of work that had to be done (not even a full day's work!).
Let me inform you that a painter charges R240 for a FULL day's painting, and the unit we rented DEFINITELY didn't need a whole new paint job.
When we moved out of our previous apartment in the same complex, we were charged R350 for the same amount of work.

This is daylight. If we knew that they would be this unfair & provide us with such a ridiculous quote, we would've done this job ourselves!
They are also refusing to give us a breakdown of what the ACTUAL costs are.

In my opinion, they are trying to make a quick buck for themselves & the greedy handyman!
