In December 2009 we moved into a house in Allens Nek, which is managed by National Letting.
Before moving in, we obtained permission from the owners of the house to break through 2 walls. Which we did at our cost.
We paid a full months rental deposit (R 7, 500) and an electricity deposit of R 1, 000.

We then moved to Brits, at the end of June 2012 (23rd), and asked if the walls must be rebuilt, and the answer was no.
We still decided to re-paint the entire inside of the house at our own cost.
During the months that have passed, I have been requesting the deposit refund, to no avail.
When trying to contact the agent they lie, and they say they will get back to me.
We then drove past the house, and a wall has now been built and closed up the garage.

I then went through to the agency, and demanded then money, they said that they will pay the money to me that week.
It is now 3 weeks later and they still haven't contacted me
I just tried phoning them and Shaun or Daniel are never available to take my calls.
