Security at Arnoti Court 183 Clark Rd

After numerous attempts to communicate with Max Prop about the issue of security nothing has been done. For over two years we have had break ins, our assets, our cars being broken into and we have tried to let the agencies know of the situation but they keep saying the owner is not interested. Recently one of the ladies was nearly rapped and killed when someone broke into their flat and started touching her all over if she had'not screamed enough the worse could have happened. We have sent detailed concerns& complains about the unsafeness of the block but we don't even get responses on email instead when we go there in person to report we are told to move out if we are not happy and discouraged to go to the tribunal council because according to Mr Hoosen who is responsible for the maintenance we will loose the case. We are a majority of ladies with small children resiting in this block of Flat with a gate with no motor, no proper fencing and no lights on the stair cases. As I said there's been attempts, markings, and all sort of criminal activities in this block and all due to security. We plead with you to try & reach out to Max Prop on our behalf. We fear fo
