Ford Broken Block 80 000KM?

I want to lodge a complaint against ford South Africa for poor service and making the customer (me) feel like the guilty party.
Underneath you will find all the events and information needed. I now sit with a broken Ford Focus 1.8L S.I that has 80 000Km on the clock. I'm 33 years of age, married with 2 children and no transport. I'm driving a ford since I was 18 years of age and have had numerous new and second hand Ford cars and never had this problem before. I drove all of my cars over 250 000Km's and never had a block broken.
I do travel a lot and far distances with my car and it just doesn't make sense. There is always a person accompanying me on my trips so I do have witnesses that is prepared to deliver statements of how I am driving my car on a daily basis. Is it a possibility that the part in the engine broke and caused a hole in my block due to a defect part? How am I going to find out and what should I do when it is a defect part. My car is only guaranteed for the first 60 000Km. Now this incident is going to cost me over R40 550.00.
