Good Morning

I am a resident in a property owned by Fair Cape Leasing. I have made several attempts to contact the company about poor maintenance. We are experiencing a huge amount of break ins in he complex. we have complaint to the the security company PROSEC SECURITY, they informed us there is nothing they can do unless FAIRCAPE increasing the amount of security guards, fixes the security cameras, fixes the electric fencing and the motorized gate.

I have had enough of this and ready to take action.
