FB DECLINES BOND APPLICATION, NO VALID REASON

I am a real estate broker, applied for fnb bond for my buyer, fnb declined block, the reason they say "block under administration" this is absolute nonsense, i gave them proof of homeloans granted as recent as 3 months ago from fnb and managing agents of block aswell as exterrnal attorneys confirmed block in good stable financial condition, fnb refuses to grant loan and still insist that administration order against block be removed first, after countless attempts to get a case number or more info as to where the credit department gets this info from, STILL NO REPLY, 5 WEEKS LATER.
Can someone please help, a full property transfers report from deeds office showing all fnb loans granted in past 2 years has also been submitted but still no response, bank also has latest financials for the block aswell as letters from managing agents of block and still they decline buyer based on info they got from the man in the moon. IF THERE IS A ADMIN ORDER AGAINST ANY BLOCK THE COURT WILL HAVE THE BLOCK UNDER ITS CONTROLL, THIS BLOCK IS MANAGED NOW BY ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANIES WHO WILL NOT TOUCH ANY BLOCK UNDER ADMINISTRATION!!! HOW DO I GET CREDIT MANAGERS ATTENTION!
