I moved out pay me back my money

I moved out of the uint on the 1st of May 2013. My contract mentions nothing about me having to wait 3-4 weeks for the deposit to be refunded, except a short re-cap contract that is null as it says my deposit is to be paid by the owner who legally does not have anything to do with the deposit. I have since called and emailed the agent Althea and Rindi the owner and both have done nothing but give empty promises and now even going as far as ignoring my calls and emails as it seems they are unable to render a service which in actual fact is no longer required as I moved out. I have gone as far offering solutions to this whole refund saga, however it seems my query falls on deaf ears. I'm led to believe this agency might have a few things to hide as they are not open to their clients and their contracts state a few things that are against the Law. Just want them to refund me as the service they have provided thus far is appalling and leaves a person a bitter taste in my world to say the least.
