Magaret took deposit and vanished. Not registered

I rented a place from Magaret for 3 years. My rental was in on time every month. However when I moved out she said I must contact the owner for my deposit and then I could never get hold of her again. She didnt even come check the flat and I eventually handed over the keys to the owner who visited one day. The last year or so I was there she just stopped fixing things. She has no offices. I have never seen her since I signed the contract. When I moved in there were 2 holes in the door. She said that the previous tenants paid her for the repairs. When I asked if she could fix it she ignored my emails. She then told the owners I had put the holes in the doors. I have discovered since that she is not a registered agent.

Do not give this women your money! The owner and myself will be taking matters further. If you have had the same experience please contact me.
