Just Letting Centurion East

I have left numerous messages and sent emails to the staff at Just Letting Centurion East. A simple matter of following up on my rental deposit to be paid back. The passed two weeks I must have left at least 6 messages and sent another 5 emails. Nobody there gets back to me?
Looks to me like if you are renting, the rental agencies don't care much for the tenants. They are only there for the owners.
I do think it is very unprofessional of them. Will not recommend them to anyone!!
