Demanding Deposit Money

I use to rent at ParkWood (cnr Cellery and Station) Orchard area. I stayed there for a period of 12 months when I moved in I paid a deposit of R3500 which was suppose to be refunded to me when I moved out. I moved out on the 31st of May last year, and the contract stepulated that I would get my refund after 14 working day. I have been calling (0125419340) the Third Day offices for 8 months demanding my deposit. All they tell me is that Theo is the one dealing with the deposit so they cannot help me, they gave me his numbers but each time I call the phone is off. I also called Theo's partner Job Khumalo and he is always telling me to call Theo or that he is in hospital. Please advice me on what to do or give me with property's ombards contacts, R3500 is a lot of money, and if things were the other way round it would have interest now.
