ALCUS RIPPED US OFF!!!

We took out a lease for 6 months last September 2012 ending fEB 2013, We then renewd it in March 2013 but then decided to LEAVE because of the service we recieved from Alcus. we asked them if it would be okay if we submit notice as of beginning of May 2013, an agent with the name of Lorachell said its fine we have to be out of the place by end May @ 12h00, no later - we exepted and that was that. Firstly when we moved in the place, it was beyond dirty as the place was not in use for over a year, we got people to clean and paid them from our pockets, they said that they would pay us back, but not the full amount we paid, only a portion of it - when we done the out spection the lady Lorachell was happy with the out spection as the place was in a far better state than when we moved in. She told us we will recieve our deposit within a few days, a lady named Marilyn will contact us... we waited and waited, no contact - my husband then decided to contact them, Lorachelle refered us to Marilyn, whom now says that we cant get our deposit back as they could not find anyone to occupie the place. "who's fault is that? y must we pay for them not being able to do their jobs?? WE WANT OUR MONEY!
