Terrible service

Saw an AD on property 24 about an apartment at Constantia Kloof 33 Turnberry, literally the same day checked it out and even signed the contract (08 April 2013), paid in the following day (09 April 2013), after that got really sick, almost hospitalized, Charles had forgotten some parts of the contract that i had to fill out, I explained to Charles that cant fill out them as am really sick.
long story short, I then received an email from Charles stating, i quote "its in order, there's going to be a cancellation fee", replied what cancellation fee because i did not cancel anything, anyway i asked to be fully reimbursed, ever since there's been no answer until his manager Jacque called me asking me if am still interested in the property and i declined and even explained why, anyway he promised i would be paid as soon as they find another tenant for the property, but i wasn't taking it because i did not cancel, so he promised to have me sorted before the end of the month with a full payment, its the 8th of May 2013 nothing has been done, no call, nothing, i've been calling and i always get promised by the secretary that ill get a call back from Jacque, nothing.
