The following parties are involved. Jaco Viviers-Home Sweet Home Properties, Anton Norscia-Solid Ground Construction/owner of J3 Seaside Village, Louise-Seeff Properties Blaauwberg. We rented an apartment, J3 Seaside Village, Big Bay from May 2013 via Home Sweet Home. Our contract expires April 2014.The owner, Anton, never did any maintanace on this property. Although it had been promised to us. Then we wanted to go to the Rental Tribunal about the situation. This after 6 months of emails/phone calls from us to the owner, which was blatantly ignored. We were then informed mid Nov. that we have to evacuate the property by end November on grounds that we did maintanance on his property! Which we never did. We had to consult our lawyer. Then we found out our deposit was by Jaco! And to top it all of I have been accused by the new agent Louise from Seeff Properties, Blaauwberg of things which is not true. I have stated the accusations in a letter to her, the owner, another agent involved and Wouter Pentz-licensee of Seeff, Blaauwberg and my lawyer. These accusations happened today, 19 Dec. I immediately took to Hello Peter due to this incredible suffering history I have had with these parties.
