Mislead by this company

More than a month ago i approached Charles to help me find a commercial property. He showed me a few places and eventually in the beginning of June we decided on one unit, however it needed to be renovated. i explained to him that i need to move in 1 July. He said that wouldn't be a problem. they will start renovating immediately. i Called Charles a week later to find out about the progress of the renovation and he advised me that they have not started and will definitely start the next week. i called Charles the next week once again to find out about the renovation and he then advised me that the owner wanted a offer to lease then they would start renovating. I filled in the forms and submitted all of the relevant documentation.

I then received an email 2 weeks later stating that i need to pay the deposit, rent and then only will they start renovating and then i could have the place on the 1st August 2013.

This has left me with no place to work as i had already moved out of my previous premises. This is my primary job and this is how i provide for my family. Now i have no choice but to try and find other premises which i doubt i will find by the 1st July. Dont deal with them!
