No response from email or from phone voice message

Due to difficulty in completing changes to my CC via the CIPC web-site. I have left messages for someone to phone and help and also sent emails. I have had absolutely no response in the past 2 months. I was in the Pretoria office in November and had the procedures explained and noted - to go there again costs me about R500 in fuel and toll fees.
Why have an email address and a voice message facility if they have no intention of responding.
Come on people - get with the programme - this country is going nowhere if its civil servants are not up to par.
