I submitted a CK2 with all the relevant supporting documents, to change the members of a close corporation in April 2013. It has since been 6 months and I have received no correspondence regarding this change. I have contacted the CIPC call centre and they just keep telling me week after week that it is still in process. The names, email addresses and telephone numbers on the CIPC Service Delivery Standards doesn't help one bit, as the people don't answer their emails or telephones and one can't leave a message either.

I would appreciate any feedback, even if it is to say that there is something outstanding, but surely one simple change to a CC can't take 6 months to be completed.

This is purely unacceptable and just plain bad service from CIPC.
