BAD SERVICE AND NO FEEDBACK

I have submitted documents to the CIPC for changes to be made to companies. Some of these documents were submitted over 3 months ago. CIPC seems to give no proper feedback and the people mentioned on the service delivery details provided by CIPC for follow ups never respond to their emails and the telephone numbers provided just ring and one are unable to leave a message.

I have contacted the CIPC call centre, but all the call centre staff can do is escalate the matter internally, but once again after trying this time after time, nothing seems to happen.

I would appreciate it if someone from the CIPC can get into contact with me, to finalise matters.
