No Response and no result to application

We submitted a Change of directors form manually to CIPC on 26 June 2013. We have up to date not received any feedback! Nothing! I send an email to Welheminah Lephadi and I cc'ed Dorothy Molate and Thomas Lebete on 4 September 2013 and no response! I personally went to CIPC and a lady told me to submit it electronically.
Can you believe it!!! Almost halve a year and still no response!

Is this the kind of service we should expect???
