Bad service from cipc

Cipc has been offline since last week, I've been resigned from my company and can not sort it out because Cipc is offline. I'm unable to register for my Cibd grading because my documents do not correspond.
I'm very upset with the Cipc, when you phone the call centre the phone will just ring with no response.
