No help at all regarding update of buss. name reg

Its has been over a month now and CIPC has not updated my business registartion details. They registered my business name on the 13 of Feb 2013. So when I received my registration certificates I was able to open a bank account. Unfortunately no one told me they did not update my details, so now my business bank account is on hold.

Sent emails and a fax no answer back. Decided to phone them waited for more than 45mins. Consultant was no help gave me two names with contact details to phone. Phone them goes straight to voice mail, and then emailed them still no reply. I would like CIPC to got to the website and click on VM Sportfishing Suppliers and these incompent people will see that there is no information available for this enteprise name like an address, contact no email address etc etc.

I am starting this business for a reason that I want to better my financial situation, for the last 5 years I worked as contractor and now my contract is over for the year I thought this business was my way forward to create my own income, thanks for all the help CIPC.By the way CIPC thanks for helping your fellow tax paying South Africans who are paying your salary.
