CIPC DOES NOT ASSIST MEMBERS

A company has been paying 2 members of a CC I am involved in /-R30k per month for more than 6 years The CEO of the company has admitted this in writing which I have sent to CIPC and CIPC still refuses to do anything about it. For 6 years I have been defrauded and CIPC says there is nothing they can do about it. Why does CIPC even exist.
