Hello anybody home "affair"

I am just another south African citizen who again feel mistreated by public services.
I need to renew my wife's relative permits for the second time. I normally do my submission at bellville office which I find the service is still acceptable But today they told me that I need to go to cape town office for an interview...(in my mind: Oh SHXT! that is the worse home affair office you want to go...)
There is nothing I can do, this interview is a new thing although my wife and myself is legally married and been registered on D.H.A system.they insist me to go for this interview at cape town...
So off I took my wife to cape town. After this counter to another, I was told to go to fifth floor.
When we get to fifth floor, some guy just told me to put y name down on the registrar and people will attend to you... So we been sitting here with all others who even come way before me waiting to be called.
I .writing a complaint here which personally I think is not the right channel But after 15mins of searches on the internet I just cannot find a phone number, e mail address or anything to help me to express this stupid long waiting in the unproductive home affair cape town. And Yes... I am sill here.
