My salary has not been paid for the past 2 months

I have not received my salary for the past 2 months now, my manager said it was going to be rectified but nothing has been done.i even joined the unionbut they are not winning as well.|How am i suppose to survive with my family-all my accounts are in arrears. I need help- i hjave run out of ideas of what i should do.
