Global Visas
Global Visas - Poor Customer Service

Miscellaneous

Global Visas assisted us with a work and study permit which were approved, we then paid a further R13 000 for two Permanent Residency applications and submitted in 2011.

A Consultant named Nazla Eksteen advised us to fly to Cape Town in order to attend an interview as she said it would reduce the waiting time dramatically as Pretoria could only offer us an interview in Sept 2011. It cost us almost R7000 in flights etc for the allocated appointment in Cape Town. Once submitted I followed up with Nazla who kept saying it was sent to Pretoria however when I contacted Home Affairs the applications had in fact not even been sent to Pretoria and were eventually 'found' on a desk in Cape Town Home Affairs 3 months later. I advised Nazla who never made contact with me again thereafter.

After I contacted Home Affairs Pretoria numerous times the Residencies were finally approved (after resending the paperwork that was 'lost' in Pretoria) and guess what? Nazla had left the company, our case had not been handed on to anyone else AND they could not even locate us on their system.
Bronwen has been assigned to assist us, i've emailed her thrice to no avail.

I want my money back.
