A friend trieded to get his eyes tested and then get an apointment for the driving test. He was there already twice. It took him two hole days of standing in the que and nothing! If you give a bride, they will let you in and take the eyetest and then you can take the drivers test very soon.
And if you give a bribe again for sure you will pass the drivers test!
So a notmal person who can really can drive a car and will no bride the emplyers there, the will NEVER get a drivers lience! He lost already two days of pay, two days of leave, taxi money...

No wonder our roads are not save with al the persones who are driving a car.!!!
