Bad customer service and unreliability

There's nothing that irritates me like bad customer services, when cashiers/Tellers don't do their work correctly. I'm a new customer user, and they say the first impression lasts. The service I received yesterday morning ended up as a disaster. I bought a 7 day pass and R60 bus trip for the week. The gentleman who assisted me loaded the 7 day and the bus trips in two separate cards which I was not aware cause I thought you only need a single card to travel. The gentle man then gave me one card which only had R60- was unaware that he gave me the R60 card. I swiped my card through the entrance @ Rose bank and it worked. Arrived in PTA swiped the card through the exit and to the bus to the office. Experienced no problem at all. After work I tried using the card in the bus, the card was invalid, I was so embarrassed as the bus driver said the card is not loaded. I had to explain myself to him then took a bus to the station. Arrived at PTA station then tried to swipe through the entrance, the card was invalid. The cashier checked the card balance and she said I don't have enough trips to travel to Rose bank.
